Anomers:

Anomers are a specific type of epimer, differing in the configuration specifically at the acetal or hemiacetal carbon, as mentioned above. Unlike typical epimers, anomers are always cyclic structures, while general epimers can be either cyclic or acyclic.  

Examples of anomers include: 

α−D−Fructofuranose and β−D−Fructofuranose.

Note:Epimers are referred to as enantiomers when there is only a single stereocenter, while they are called diastereoisomers when there is more than one stereocenter.
